Pammi Bai, the top chart punjabi folk music singer, coming with his Bhangra Show Concert (22 member entourage includings dancers and band members) is all set to tour USA & CANADA and is preparing to make a tour of approximate 20 shows in different cities of North America.
Pammi Bai is looking to promote the Punjabi culture by portraying the beauty and rich cultural heritage through music. Over a phone conversation he mentioned that the main message that he wants to give the people of America is to never forget how beautiful Punjab really is. He also mentioned that he is very excited about his forthcoming concert tour. "We will bring the pure punjabi folk music with the latest songs to reflect our culture of punjab in front of the punjabi community of USA", said the famous singer Pammi Bai.
Pammi also added, "Our full bhangra and gidda team will be performing live and present the unfogettable environment we will create in the concert halls".

Pammi Bai, Parmjit Singh Sidhu, belongs to a village Jakhpel in punjab's district Sangrur. The district is also part of Malwa region, famous for heritage of folk culture. Pammi took interest in music and cultural activites while he was in college got inspiration from his father late S. Partap S Baghi. Pammi pursued Law study after his post-graduation in Punjabi Literature and Public Adminsitration. He had been involved in cultural activites since then and slowly interest in singing gave birth to professionalism and a new voyage took off. In last 20 years of his carrer Pammi has seen all the changing waves of music industry but he himself did not leave the boat of punjabi folk singing as he had already set his mind on folk singing. During this period Pammi also toured two dozen countries to perform along with his teammates and groups.
The first recording of Pammi Bai was released in 1987 along with Narinder Biba as a duet album. He also did recordings with Surinder Kaur and was also featured in Jagjit Singh's album "Ichhbal". He had worked with music directors surinder Bachan, Charanjit Ahuja also. It was only when "Rangli Duniya" became a massive hit in the market which brought Pammi Bai in the limelight as a Punjabi Folk Singer which gave him his own identity in the punjabi music industry. Recently his "Putt Punjabi" also became hot seller and became the chart topper just after its release.
One thing is now proven worldwide that still people love punjabi folk songs if they are really produced and sung in which they should be. It has also set an example for few other singers who turned their way from folk singing to other westernized flavors. Pammi had kept his devotion and dedication on art rather than worldly lures and the time came he got the juice and now he is known as "Bhangre Da Sher".
Pammi Bai's latest album, Nachde Punjabi, is again at his best in this new album Nachde Punjabi a proud product of Fine touch Company from Amritsar .It is for the first time that golden voice Pakistani singer Naseebo Lal renders her melodious voice in the two duets with Pammi Bai in this CD. All the ten captivating tracks manifest a rich repertoire of Punjabi music with glimpses of fascination visuals of Punjabi life.
The lead song is also showcasing the representative Punjabis like Surinder Kaur, Gurdas Mann, Gurmeet Bawa, Dolly Guleria, Prof.Satwinder Bittly,R.Ranguwal and hockey star Pargat Singh.
